- We will be serving dinner ahead of the show. We will contact you by email ahead of the event to see if you would like to book for this.
- Groups of 6 or fewer may be sat communally with another group. If you want to sit with another group that you know, send us an email at events@trestlecraftbeer.ca.
- Please note that there are no physical tickets. You will be added to a guest list and checked in at the door on the event date.
- Content Warning: This is a 19+ event and certainly not a "clean" comedy show! Prepare yourself for profane language and content.
The Comedians:
After appearances at the Just For Laughs Festival and a breakout viral video from the Winnipeg Comedy Festival in 2018, (over 2M views on YouTube and 10M on Facebook), Rob Bebenek has asserted himself as one of the brightest new voices to come out of Canada.
Quick wit and a keen eye for observation, highlight a comedy skill set that is becoming a force on stages across North America. As a finalist in SiriusXM’s Top Comic, Bebenek asserted himself as a major player in comedy and has since imposed his brand on theatres, clubs, and festivals, and rightly so. The man is flat-out funny.
From Kitchener Ontario, Bebenek AKA Ol’ Bebsie, has been drawing acclaim across Canada earning himself appearances on MTV and opening concert series for Bob Saget, Burt Kreischer, Charlie Murphy, Steve-O, and Gerry Dee, to name a few.
Feature - Marito Lopez
Marito Lopez is one of Canada's top headliners. He is a Latinx comedian, originally from El Salvador, who has left his mark on every major city in the country. He is a regular at The Just For Laughs Festival, has appeared at The Winnipeg Comedy Festival, and has been featured on CBC Gem's New Wave Of Stand Up Comedy, Kevin Hart's LOL Network, and Rick Mercer's Comedy Night In Canada. Marito's electric energy is sure to bring any audience to their feet. Brown is beautiful. All praises due to Allah.
MC - Laurie Elliott
Laurie is a headlining comedy performer and four-time winner of the Funniest Female Comic at The Canadian Comedy Awards. Her stand-up credits include multiple gala performances at Montreal's Just for Laughs Festival, the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, the Comedy Factory in Rotterdam, Raw Comedy Club in Stockholm and a gala run at the Cape Town International Comedy Festival in South Africa.
She has had recurring roles/appearances on The Red Green Show (she married Harold), The Jon Dore Television Show, But I'm Chris Jericho, CBC Radio’s, The Debaters and Crave TV's, New Eden. Her voice can be heard on many animated series such as Total Drama Island, Scaredy Squirrel, Camp Lakebottom, Wishfart and Cupcake and Dino.
In addition to stand up and acting, Laurie's television writing has spanned nearly 20 ears. Selected credits include five seasons of Total Drama Island, Sixteen, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, Rocket Monkeys, Dorg Van Dango, Total Dramarama, Disney's My Babysitter's a Vampire and Apple TV’s The Snoopy Show.
